Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 5 tsp harissa
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 dash of olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 15 minutes

Puree feta cheese, cream cheese, garlic, and olive oil. Add harissa and mix well (more or less depending on your desired spiciness). Season with salt and pepper. Let it sit overnight. Stir again the next day. Enjoy with a warm baguette and a cold glass of white wine.
