Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 125g Gorgonzola
- 100 g pitted dates
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp Williams Christ or other pear brandy, 40%
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Chop the dates and crumble the Gorgonzola. Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
