Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 points Gorgonzola
- ½ nutmeg, freshly grated
- 1 cup crème fraîche
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Take a large pan and melt the cheese. Mash it occasionally. Then add the crème fraîche. Mix well, then grate in half a nutmeg. Tastes delicious, for example, with pasta.
