Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of Gorgonzola
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup of cream or Cremefine
  • 1 shot of sweet white wine
  • possibly sauce thickener
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick, easy, delicious

First, melt the butter in a pan. Meanwhile, remove the rind from the Gorgonzola and dice it as finely as possible. Deglaze the butter in the pan with white wine. Add the cream or creme fine. Simmer for about 3-4 minutes. Now add the diced Gorgonzola. It should melt slowly into the sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Add sugar to taste. (I always like it a bit sweeter.) If you want to use a sauce thickener, thicken the sauce to taste. Goes well with pasta and meat (steak).
