Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g raspberries, ripe
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp raspberry liqueur

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Briefly wash the raspberries, let them dry on kitchen paper, and remove the stems. Puree the berries with lime juice and powdered sugar in a blender. Strain the puree through a fine sieve and stir in the raspberry brandy. Pairs well with: ice cream, vanilla cream, cream puffs, and fruit salads.
