Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese with herbs
  • 3 bell peppers, red, yellow, green
  • 200 g cheese (Emmental), grated
  • 150 g ham, extra lean, diced
  • 4 salami (mini salami, poultry)
  • e.g. broccoli
  • n. B. Onion(s), red
  • e.g. baguette(s) or baguette rolls for baking

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

For the topping, mix together the crème fraîche, sour cream, and cream cheese. Wash the bell peppers and cut into small cubes. Cut the salami into thin slices (3 mm). Peel the onions, halve them, and cut them into rings, then quarter them again if desired. Wash and chop the broccoli. Mix all ingredients except the cheese together in a bowl. If you like, you can add the cheese to the bowl as well. The mixture should be spreadable. Cut the baguettes or baguette rolls open and place both halves on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread with the topping and sprinkle with the cheese. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Bake the baguettes on the middle rack for approx. 15-18 minutes until golden brown. Serve with a mixed salad.
