Gourmet Ham Pasta with Peas and Parma Ham
The perfect gourmet ham pasta with peas and parma ham recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 350 g Tagliatelle
- 1 Pc. Onion red
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 100 g Parma ham slices
- 0,5 Can Peas
- 0,5 glass Pesto red
- 2 tbsp Pine nuts
- 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper
- Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet. Peel and dice the onions. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the strips of ham, peas and onion cubes. Add the pesto, pine nuts, Parmesan and freshly cooked pasta, mix with the other ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Arrange the pasta on preheated plates and serve sprinkled with the Parmesan cheese and a little black pepper.
