Ingredients
- 300 g Penne
- 0,5 Red Bell pepper
- 0,5 Green Bell pepper
- 0,5 Yellow Bell pepper
- 1 cup Brunch hunter
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 100 g Salami
- 125 g Ham cubes
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- Salt
- Pepper
- Hot paprika powder
- Oregano
- Thyme
- Oil
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
- Clean and dice the peppers, peel and dice the onion and garlic and sauté everything with the diced ham in the oil.
- Add the diced salami and season everything with salt, pepper, paprika, thyme and oregano.
- Pour in the vegetable stock, stir in the brunch and bring to the boil again.
- Drain the noodles, arrange on pasta plates, pour the sauce over them and serve.
- I also serve Parmesan cheese with almost all pasta dishes, this dish goes particularly well.
