Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Penne
  • 0,5 Red Bell pepper
  • 0,5 Green Bell pepper
  • 0,5 Yellow Bell pepper
  • 1 cup Brunch hunter
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 100 g Salami
  • 125 g Ham cubes
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Hot paprika powder
  • Oregano
  • Thyme
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
  • Clean and dice the peppers, peel and dice the onion and garlic and sauté everything with the diced ham in the oil.
  • Add the diced salami and season everything with salt, pepper, paprika, thyme and oregano.
  • Pour in the vegetable stock, stir in the brunch and bring to the boil again.
  • Drain the noodles, arrange on pasta plates, pour the sauce over them and serve.
  • I also serve Parmesan cheese with almost all pasta dishes, this dish goes particularly well.
