Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g smoked salmon, sliced
- 400 g cream cheese
- 1 lemon(s), juice
- salt and pepper
- 2 bunch dill, finely chopped or 2 packs frozen
- 2 packs of pumpernickel (coins)

for 40 pumpernickel coins
Place the salmon slices close together on cling film. Mix the cream cheese with the dill, season with lemon juice, pepper, and salt, and spread over the salmon. Using the cling film, carefully roll up the salmon, then place it in the freezer for about 1 1/2 hours. Then cut thin slices and arrange them on top of the pumpernickel slices. Ideal for a party buffet.
