Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 pack of wrap(s) (tortilla wraps), approx. 6 pieces
- 1 head of iceberg lettuce
- 300 g smoked salmon
- 200 g cream cheese
- 4 tsp horseradish, from the jar, more to taste
- 4 tbsp apple juice
- 2 tbsp herb vinegar
- 1 tsp mustard, medium hot, more to taste
- 3 sprigs of dill
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper
- Rapeseed oil
Instructions

deliciously filled with iceberg lettuce, smoked salmon, horseradish cream and apple-mustard dressing
Combine apple juice, vinegar, and mustard. Whisk in the oil, add finely chopped dill, and season with salt and pepper. Whisk the cream cheese and horseradish until smooth. Halve the iceberg lettuce, cut into coarse strips, wash, and spin dry thoroughly. Spread each wrap with the cream cheese mixture and top with two slices of salmon and a few lettuce strips. Drizzle with the dressing and roll up tightly. Cut diagonally in half and wrap with colorful napkins.
