Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 125 g butter, soft (low-fat butter is also suitable)
  • 50 g tomato paste, double concentrated
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • Salt
  • black pepper
  • basil for garnishing

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Blend softened butter with tomato paste, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth. Then refrigerate. Garnish with basil, if desired, and serve with fresh flute or bread.
