Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g white chocolate
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 100 g cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Meanwhile, whip the cream (it must be well chilled!) until stiff peaks form. Mix the melted chocolate with the crème fraîche, then carefully fold in the whipped cream. Let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Delicious with passion fruit or grapefruit sauce. The recipe can be scaled up to your liking. The recipe is: 3 parts chocolate, 2 parts crème fraîche, 1 part cream.
