Grandma's bean salad with beef

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can white beans
  • 1 can beans, red
  • 400 g beef, cooked
  • 2 small apples, sour
  • 2 small onions
  • ⅛ liter beef broth (also instant)
  • 2 tbsp vinegar, mild
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • n. B. sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp chives, in rolls
  • 3 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes

Drain the beans thoroughly. Dice the meat, apples, and onions. Prepare the marinade (not too acidic—season with sugar gradually) and mix with the salad ingredients. Refrigerate and let it marinate well.
