Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 cucumbers
- 3 tbsp spirit vinegar or vinegar essence
- 4 tsp sugar
- 3 tsp salt
- 2 small carrots or tomatoes, for decoration
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Peel the cucumbers and slice them thinly. Add the vinegar, sugar, and salt to the cucumbers. Mix well and let stand for 30 minutes. Slice the carrots (or tomatoes) and then arrange them nicely around the serving. Serve as a side dish.
