  • 1,000 g minced meat
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 6 eggs

Instructions

quick and tasty

Whisk the eggs. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper. Heat the oil and fry the minced meat until crumbly. Add the eggs and let them set, stirring occasionally. Serve with homemade mashed potatoes.
