Grandma's quark dish with blueberries

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 80 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 150 g blueberries
  • 1 bag of amaretti biscuits
  • possibly milk or amaretto

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix together the quark, sugar, and lemon juice. Whisk the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff, then carefully fold it into the quark. Fill 5 dessert glasses: Add 5 crumbled amaretti biscuits, a few blueberries, and the cream quark one after the other. Gently tap the glasses on the work surface to settle the mixture. Decorate with amaretti biscuits and blueberries. Refrigerate until ready to serve. If the cream quark is too thick, stir in a little milk or Amaretto.
