Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg boiled jacket potatoes
- 1 ring/s of meat sausage (approx. 650 g)
- 2 large onions
- 5 small gherkins
- 1 apple
- ½ jar salad mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 150 g natural yogurt
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- some cucumber juice
- possibly parsley, for garnishing
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 20 minutes
Peel the boiled potatoes and cut into thick slices, then set aside. Peel the onions and apple and dice them into small pieces. Skin the sausage and also dice them into small pieces. Quarter the cucumbers and dice them. Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, and natural yogurt. Season generously with salt, pepper, paprika, and a little cucumber juice. Add to the bowl with the chopped ingredients and mix well. Now add the potatoes and stir in. Let it sit for a while, ideally overnight. Sprinkle the salad with fresh parsley if desired.
