Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 300 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 80 g walnuts, chopped
- 100 g dark chocolate, diced
- 200 g grapes, green, halved and pitted
- 1 tbsp rum
- 100 ml milk
- Walnuts, halved
- grapes, halved
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cream the butter with the sifted sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, and rum, adding the egg yolks one at a time, until fluffy. Sift the flour with the baking powder, then mix with the chopped nuts and chocolate chips. Stir the milk into the beaten egg yolks. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold in. Lightly dust the halved, pitted grapes with flour and fold into the batter. Pour the batter into a greased and floured Bundt pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 60 minutes. Let the Bundt pan cool, then turn it out and decorate with walnuts and grapes.
