Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 125 ml milk
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 cl Maraschino
  • 250 g grapes, mixed blue and green

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Whisk the quark with the milk until creamy. Whisk together the lemon juice, sugar, and maraschino and mix into the quark. Wash, drain, and stem the grapes. Halve the grapes, remove the seeds, and mix in.
