Grape jelly with Amaretto

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1,100 ml grape juice, e.g. from a steam juicer
  • 100 ml Amaretto
  • 1 package of gelling sugar, 3:1
  • 1 packet of citric acid

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Boil grape juice in a saucepan with amaretto, citric acid, and gelling sugar according to the instructions. Test for settling by pouring a teaspoonful of hot jelly onto a saucer. The jelly should set quickly. Once it does, pour into jars and turn them upside down. The jelly will have a light almond flavor.
