Grape salad with cream cheese

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 50 g butter, soft
  • 250 g grapes, blue, seedless
  • 250 g grapes, green, seedless
  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • 3 tbsp cognac
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 pack of crackers

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Always a hit at any buffet and easy to prepare.

Beat the cream cheese with the softened butter until creamy. Stir in the lemon juice, cognac, a little salt, and pepper. Finally, lightly fold in the washed grapes. Serve with crackers for dipping.
