Grape seed oil comes in two varieties – cold pressed and hot pressed.

  • The cold-pressed variant is not only healthier but also more flavorful – however, the cold-pressed grape seed oil is significantly more expensive.
  • The good grape seed oil has a fine and nutty taste. That is why it is often used to refine sauces and dips as well as for dressing salads.
