Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 parts grape juice
- 1 part soy sauce
- 1 part sake
- 1 part/s Mirin
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
As a sauce for “New Style” tuna sushi
Combine grape juice, soy sauce, sake, and mirin and simmer until thickened. Then bottle the liquid and refrigerate. It’s an excellent sauce for raw fish.
