Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 ml dashi
- 40 g light miso paste
- 30 g silken tofu
- 1 tbsp wakame
- 1 tsp spring onion(s) sliced

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
The sushi classic as a starter or side dish
Combine the dashi and miso paste, bring to a boil, and let it simmer briefly. Serve immediately with the prepared topping (tofu, wakame, and spring onions), as the miso and dashi separate after a relatively short time.
