Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 tbsp nori sheet, broken into small pieces
- 2 tbsp orange zest
- 2 tbsp mixed black/white sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp Szechuan pepper
- 4 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds (optional)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Also available as a ready-made mix – but homemade always tastes better
Mix all ingredients together dry. If some ingredients are too coarse to blend, grind the spice mixture into a fine mortar.
