Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp dashi
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Goes perfectly with seaweed salad
Lightly toast the sesame seeds in a pan and then grind them into a paste. Add the remaining ingredients and mix everything together.
