Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 ml low-fat milk (1.5-1.8%)
  • 5 g wasabi powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Warm the milk slightly, stir in the wasabi and froth it like a cappuccino – for example, using a milk frother.
