Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 grapefruits
- 4 tangerines
- 1 lime(s)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp almond flakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Lightly toast the flaked almonds in a dry pan. Peel the grapefruits so that no white part is visible. Peel the tangerine as well. Segment both, reserving the juice. Squeeze the lime. Combine all the juices, stir in the sugar, and pour over the fruit. Mix gently. Sprinkle the flaked almonds on top and serve.
