Avocado – Citrus – Salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 grapefruits
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 tbsp mint, chopped
  • 3 tsp fructose

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Halve the grapefruits and carefully score the flesh with a knife, then scoop it out with a teaspoon. Place the flesh in a bowl and remove the white pith from the peels, clean them, and set aside. Peel the oranges, remove the pith, and cut into pieces. Peel, pit, and slice the avocado. Mix everything with the grapefruit pieces and sweeten with the fructose. Spoon the fruit mixture into the cleaned grapefruit peels and garnish with chopped mint leaves.
