Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 grapefruits
  • 750 ml vodka
  • 2 tsp coriander (health food store)
  • ½ stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 500 g sugar
  • 200 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Make a sugar solution from the sugar and water. Grate or very thinly peel the yellow part of the grapefruit peel. Finely dice the flesh. Combine the fruit pieces and peel with vodka, coriander, cinnamon, and sugar solution in a suitable container and mix. Seal the container tightly and let stand for 4 to 5 weeks. Then strain the fruit and let the liqueur clarify for a week. Filter again before consumption if necessary.
