Grapefruit yogurt with crunchy muesli

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ grapefruit(s), with red flesh
  • 120 g yogurt
  • ½ tbsp liquid honey, e.g. fir honey
  • Vanilla pod(s), pulp or vanilla from the mill
  • Crunchy muesli

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Carefully remove the peel and white part from the grapefruit half and cut into pieces. Season the pieces with vanilla, add the honey, and mix. Let it sit for a while. Place the grapefruit pieces in a dessert bowl and top with the yogurt. Finally, top with the crunchy muesli and serve. Add more crunchy muesli if desired.
