Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 slices of toast
- 2 handfuls of grapes, white seedless
- 1 pack of Camembert(s), mature
- ½ bunch thyme, fresh
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Wash and halve the grapes. Place the halved grapes, round side down, on the toast. Finely chop the thyme and sprinkle it over the grapes. Slice the Camembert and place it on top. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Bake the toast until the bread is slightly crispy and the Camembert has melted.
