Grapes – Kiwi – White wine – Jam

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g grapes, light seedless
  • 500 g kiwi(s), peeled and chopped
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 500 g gelling sugar (2:1)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Makes about 4 glasses (depending on size).

Wash the grapes thoroughly and puree them. Place them in a saucepan with the kiwis and simmer for about 5 minutes. Then add the gelling sugar and white wine and boil gently for about 4 minutes. While still hot, pour into boiled twist-off jars. Immediately turn the jars upside down and let them cool.
