Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 225 g chocolate coating
  • 45 g butter
  • 2 tbsp grappa
  • 2 eggs
  • 65 g sugar
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • some powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 40 minutes

For about 30 cookies

Melt the chocolate coating, butter, and grappa in a hot water bath. Beat the eggs and sugar until creamy. Fold in the slightly cooled chocolate mixture. Stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Form the mixture into walnut-sized balls. Place the powdered sugar on a plate and roll the balls in it. Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, leaving some space between them. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 20 minutes.
