  • 4 tbsp water
  • 1 medium-sized onion(s), finely diced
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

delicious with all leaf salads

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. This goes perfectly with arugula and shaved Parmesan cheese.
