simple and very tasty

In a small bowl, drizzle the apple pieces with lemon or lime juice and stir to retain their beautiful green color. Then, add all ingredients to a good blender and puree. Shake the blender occasionally, or turn it off and stir with a spatula. Add sparkling water until it reaches the desired consistency and blend in. If you prefer frozen smoothies, you can also freeze the apples and pineapple after preparing them. The quantities can, of course, be adjusted to your own taste. So if you prefer more apple or another ingredient, feel free to go all out. The ginger goes well if you like it a bit spicier. Some people would also find a few mint leaves a nice option, but you have to like them.
