'Gratified cheese' made from sesame

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 140 g sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 pinch of garlic powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Roast the sesame seeds in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 5-10 minutes. Then roughly blend them with the other ingredients in a blender. You can use them instead of Parmesan cheese, but they also taste great on salads.
