Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g red bell pepper(s)
  • 375 ml water
  • 2 tsp agar-agar
  • 90 g cashew nuts
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 ½ tsp sea salt
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Dice the bell peppers and cook with the water and agar-agar for 5 minutes. Be careful not to let the mixture boil over! Blend all the other ingredients, add the bell peppers, and blend for another 5 minutes. Transfer the mixture to an oiled bowl and chill. Once cooled, turn the mixture out and slice the cheese.
