Gratinated Goat Cream Cheese …

The perfect gratinated goat cream cheese … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 50 g Goat cream cheese
  • 2 Apricots fresh
  • Fresh thyme
  • 3 Walnut kernels
  • 1 tablespoon Honey liquid
  1. Cut the goat cream cheese into three slices. Place in a greased casserole dish.
  2. Wash the apricots, dry them, remove the stones and cut into wedges. Spread around the goat cream cheese.
  3. Wash the thyme, shake dry, pluck the leaves off and spread over the cheese and apricots.
  4. Roughly chop the walnuts and sprinkle over them. Drizzle with honey.
  5. Baked in the oven at 275 degrees under the grill for about 3 to 5 minutes until the cheese is lightly golden brown.
  6. Arrange on a plate. Garnish with thyme, walnut and honey (or as the mood takes you). Serve with toast or baguette (or whatever you like).
