The perfect gratinated goat cream cheese … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 50 g Goat cream cheese
- 2 Apricots fresh
- Fresh thyme
- 3 Walnut kernels
- 1 tablespoon Honey liquid
- Cut the goat cream cheese into three slices. Place in a greased casserole dish.
- Wash the apricots, dry them, remove the stones and cut into wedges. Spread around the goat cream cheese.
- Wash the thyme, shake dry, pluck the leaves off and spread over the cheese and apricots.
- Roughly chop the walnuts and sprinkle over them. Drizzle with honey.
- Baked in the oven at 275 degrees under the grill for about 3 to 5 minutes until the cheese is lightly golden brown.
- Arrange on a plate. Garnish with thyme, walnut and honey (or as the mood takes you). Serve with toast or baguette (or whatever you like).
