Hot Peppers, Chili Peppers and Jalapenos
The perfect hot peppers, chili peppers and jalapenos recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kg Peppers, chili peppers and jalapenos from our own harvest
- 650 ml Water
- 350 ml White balsamic vinegar
- 150 ml Extra virgin olive oil
- 4 piece Bay leaves
- 15 piece Cloves
- 3 tsp Salt
- 300 g Sugar fine
- Wash the peppers, chili peppers and jalapenos and cut off the stem. If you don’t make it so spicy, cut it lengthways and remove the seeds and white membranes.
- Now bring the water with the vinegar, oil and the spices to a boil. Let it boil really well once.
- Now the prepared pods are added. Let the whole thing boil again for 5 minutes.
- With a slotted spoon we now get the pods out of the brew and put them in the jar that has been rinsed hot.
- Bring the whole brew to the boil again and pour over the pods.
- Close flap, monkey dead and head again.
- You can already enjoy it after 2-3 weeks. But you can also let them stand longer. Maybe it’s your best friend’s birthday soon?
