Gratinated minute steaks with peach

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 steak(s) , (minutes)
  • 2 peaches
  • 2 spring onions
  • 200 ml cream
  • 50 g Gouda, whole or grated
  • 1 tsp curry
  • n. B. Salt
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • some butter for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Wash the spring onions, shake dry, and slice into rings. Peel and pit the peaches (if fresh), then cut into small cubes. Season the cream with curry powder, salt, and pepper. Grease a shallow baking dish with butter, place the steaks in a shingle-like layer, and arrange the spring onions and peach cubes on top. Pour the curry cream over the steaks and sprinkle with cheese. Preheat oven to 230°C (fan/convection) or 250°C (top/bottom heat). Bake the steaks in the oven for 15 minutes. Serve with rice or tagliatelle.
