Gratinated Noodle and Spinach Nests with Egg

  • 1 Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 100 g Double cream cheese
  • 50 ml Milk
  • 75 ml Vegetable broth
  • Freshly grated nutmeg
  • 2 Eggs
  • Fat for the baking dish
  1. Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Wash the spinach and pat dry. Peel and dice the onion. Peel and chop the garlic.
  1. Heat oil in a saucepan and sauté the onion and garlic in it. Add the spinach and let it collapse. Add the cream cheese, milk and stock, simmer for about 2 minutes, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
