Gratinated Noodle and Spinach Nests with Egg

- 1 Garlic

- 100 g Double cream cheese
- 50 ml Milk
- 75 ml Vegetable broth

- Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Wash the spinach and pat dry. Peel and dice the onion. Peel and chop the garlic.
- Heat oil in a saucepan and sauté the onion and garlic in it. Add the spinach and let it collapse. Add the cream cheese, milk and stock, simmer for about 2 minutes, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
