Gratinated Pork Medallions
The perfect gratinated pork medallions recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 450 g Pork tenderloin
- Oil, salt, pepper
- 2 Discs Toast
- 1 tbsp Balsamic honey mustard
- 6 teaspoon Honey liquid
- 300 g Green beans
- 50 g Streaky bacon
- Wash the pork tenderloin and pat dry, cut into 6 equal medallions and fry vigorously in oil for 3-4 minutes on both sides – remove.
- Preheat the oven on a 200 ° electric stove or 180 ° convection. Debark and chop the toast, mix with mustard and 5 teaspoons of honey.
- Clean the beans and cook in boiling salted water for approx. 6-7 minutes until firm to the bite, then drain. Place the medallions on a baking sheet and spread the toast honey paste on top – press down a little. Bake in the preheated oven for about 6-8 minutes.
- Dice bacon, fry in a pan until crispy, add beans and fry with it. Season to taste with salt, pepper and 1 teaspoon of honey. Take medallions out of the oven and serve with the beans. There was also mashed potatoes.
