Pasta in Creamy Ham and Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Mafaldine pasta made from egg and durum wheat
  • 100 g Bacon cubes
  • 100 g Juniper ham in strips
  • 2 small Chopped onions
  • 250 ml Creme fine or cream
  • 2 turns Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 turns Garlic pepper
  • 1 pinch Seasoned salt
  • 25 g Freshly grated Parmesan, rest 🙂
  • 60 g Freshly grated Emmental, rest 🙂
  • 60 g Chive rolls

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions!
  • In the meantime, heat a saucepan and fry the bacon cubes until crispy, then chop onion cubes. Finally the ham! Sizzle a little further. Add the creme fin and simmer gently for another 2 minutes.
  • Add the grated cheese on the lowest level and add pepper, garip pepper, seasoned salt and season to taste! The cheese also binds the sauce nicely!
  • Sieve the pasta, quench it briefly and put it back in the pan! Add the sauce and fold in with the chives!
  • Spread on plates and sprinkle with chives rolls!
