Ingredients
- 300 g Mafaldine pasta made from egg and durum wheat
- 100 g Bacon cubes
- 100 g Juniper ham in strips
- 2 small Chopped onions
- 250 ml Creme fine or cream
- 2 turns Black pepper from the mill
- 1 turns Garlic pepper
- 1 pinch Seasoned salt
- 25 g Freshly grated Parmesan, rest 🙂
- 60 g Freshly grated Emmental, rest 🙂
- 60 g Chive rolls
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions!
- In the meantime, heat a saucepan and fry the bacon cubes until crispy, then chop onion cubes. Finally the ham! Sizzle a little further. Add the creme fin and simmer gently for another 2 minutes.
- Add the grated cheese on the lowest level and add pepper, garip pepper, seasoned salt and season to taste! The cheese also binds the sauce nicely!
- Sieve the pasta, quench it briefly and put it back in the pan! Add the sauce and fold in with the chives!
- Spread on plates and sprinkle with chives rolls!
