Pasta in Creamy Ham and Cheese Sauce

The perfect pasta in creamy ham and cheese sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Mafaldine pasta made from egg and durum wheat
  • 100 g Bacon cubes
  • 100 g Juniper ham in strips
  • 2 small Chopped onions
  • 250 ml Creme fine or cream
  • 2 turns Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 turns Garlic pepper from my KB
  • 1 pinch Seasoned salt from my KB
  • 25 g Freshly grated Parmesan, rest 🙂
  • 60 g Freshly grated Emmental, rest 🙂
  • 60 g Chives rolls
  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions!
  2. In the meantime, heat a saucepan and fry the bacon cubes until crispy, then chop onion cubes. Finally the ham! Sizzle a little further. Add the creme fin and simmer gently for another 2 minutes.
  3. Add the grated cheese on the lowest level and add pepper, garip pepper, seasoned salt and season to taste! The cheese also binds the sauce nicely!
  4. Sieve the pasta, quench it briefly and put it back in the pan! Add the sauce and fold in with the chives!
  5. Spread on plates and sprinkle with chives rolls!
