Marinated feta cheese baked
Line a small bowl with aluminum foil. Place the feta cheese in the center, then arrange the peppers, garlic cloves, and thyme sprigs around it. Halve the tomato and place it on top. Place the rosemary sprig on top as well. For the marinade, mix the olive oil with the chili, pepper, oregano, thyme, and marjoram. Pour the marinade over the feta cheese. Wrap the aluminum foil in the dish and let it marinate for a few hours—or overnight, if you like. Bake the feta cheese in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) or on the grill in summer for about 30 minutes, leaving the foil slightly open. For those calorie-conscious eaters: After cooking, lightly pierce the bottom of the aluminum foil and let the oil drain off (but that would be a shame). As for the seasonings, the main thing is Mediterranean or whatever your garden produces.
