Great pancake batter from the Thermomix

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 40 g butter
  • 60 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 g vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 500 ml milk
  • 425 g flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Melt the butter for 3 minutes/speed 2/70°C. Add the sugar, eggs, vanilla sugar, and salt to the pan and mix for 45 seconds/speed 4. Then add the milk and flour and mix for 30 seconds/speed 4. Fry the finished batter in batches in a non-stick pan with butter. Tip: We like to eat this with raspberries. Simply mix 1 package of frozen raspberries with 1 teaspoon of red cake glaze, sugar, and water, and heat briefly in the microwave.
