Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 piece(s) of sheep’s cheese or goat’s cheese
  • 1 small jar of pitted black olives
  • 1 small jar of green olives, pitted
  • 1 large red bell pepper(s)
  • some basil, dried
  • some thyme, dried
  • 1 pinch of sea salt from the mill
  • 1 pinch of ground pepper
  • 1 shot of olive oil, good

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Cut the cheese into small cubes, halve the olives, and peel the bell pepper and cut it into medium-sized cubes. Place everything in a bowl and mix with the oil, herbs, and spices. Let it marinate for about 2 hours. Serve as a side dish with grilled food or simply with fresh baguette.
