Greek feta cream with basil

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of feta cheese
  • 100 g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 20 basil leaves
  • 6 large garlic cloves
  • Salt and pepper, black
  • possibly chopped onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Cut the feta cheese into pieces and gradually mix it with the yogurt in a food processor. Add the olive oil, basil, garlic cloves, and onions, if desired, and mix everything again. Season with salt and pepper! This goes very well with baguette bread.
