Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g pork neck
  • 3 large onions
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp marjoram
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp spice mix (grill spice or paprika spice)
  • 1 pinch of cumin
  • 1 pinch(s) salt
  • 1 pinch of ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

From the multicooker, Multi Cooker

Trim the pork and cut into strips. Peel the onion, halve it, and cut it into strips. Place the meat in a bowl, coat with oil, and stir in the seasonings. Mix well. Place the meat in the multicooker. Set the meat program on “high” for 1 hour. Add the onions about halfway through the cooking time. Stir occasionally during the last half hour to prevent it from overcooking. Cook uncovered for the last 5 minutes. If desired, garnish with a squeeze of lime. Serve with Greek lemon potatoes.
