Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g pork (neck or shoulder)
- 1 tbsp, leveled salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- ½ tsp caraway powder
- ½ tsp curry powder
- 2 tsp paprika powder
- Worcestershire sauce
- 2 onions
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mix all the spices (except Worcestershire sauce) together. Cut the meat into cubes with sides measuring approximately 1.5 cm, trimming any excess fat. Toss the meat with the spice mixture and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Peel the onions and cut them into quarters (large onions into eighths). Separate the quarters or eighths, leaving two onion slices together. Alternate the meat and onion slices on long shish kebab skewers. Heat olive oil in a pan and add the skewers. Gently press down with a spatula while cooking. Turn over after every 2 minutes. While still in the pan, drizzle the finished skewers with a little(!) Worcestershire sauce, turning them again.
